菲律賓、越南與中國大陸持續因南海爭議陷入緊張之際，越南總理阮晉勇明天起訪問菲律賓3天，可能會與菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世討論因應南海爭議的對策。

菲律賓外交部發言人荷塞（Charles Jose）今天在記者會上宣布，阮晉勇將於明天訪問馬尼拉，將與艾奎諾三世會面，討論彼此關心的議題，包括國防、觀光、以及經貿與投資合作。

荷塞指出，越南可能會就西沙群島附近海域與中國大陸發生爭議一事，尋求菲律賓政府協助，討論菲國在這項糾紛上可扮演的角色。

他說，「菲律賓與越南正面對相同的局勢，雖說雙方不算是攜手合作，但也互相告知對方自己採取了哪些作為」。

22日，阮晉勇將與艾奎諾三世、緬甸副總統年吞出席世界經濟論壇（WEF）東亞峰會，分享各自國家的發展經驗。

阮晉勇曾於2010年8月訪問菲律賓。

馬拉坎南宮官員稍早曾表示，越南國家主席張晉創將抵菲出席WEF峰會，可能會與艾奎諾三世討論南海議題，但如今改為阮晉勇來訪。

最近，中國大陸在距越南海岸約120浬的爭議海域架設原油鑽探平台，並在距菲國巴拉旺省180浬的赤瓜礁填土造陸，分別引發越南及菲律賓政府抗議。(中央社)
