兩岸監督條例名稱　學者：「台灣」最理想

兩岸協議監督條例七版本草案仍未付委審查，新台灣國策智庫昨指出，對於台灣與中國之間的名稱定位，應以「台灣」做為最理想稱呼。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，新台灣國策智庫創辦人辜寬敏砲轟，馬政府以往所簽署的兩岸協議都是黑箱作業，兩岸協議應採取WTO機制，讓兩岸關係正常化；這次因太陽花學運出現轉捩點，兩岸監督條例才得以被提出討論。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
