樓塌意外　北韓5官員恐遭極刑處決

南韓《中央日報》報導，北韓平壤一幢興建中的23層高住宅大樓日前倒塌，估計釀成幾百人死亡，有觀察家認為，金正恩派往現場進行道歉大會的崔富日部長等「建設責任5人幫」，將會遭受極刑處決。 

另外，南韓媒體分析，2012年初金正恩執政後，強調「短期內速戰速決式建設」，是釀成這宗慘劇的原因。

據稱，金正恩上台後，便大張旗鼓強調「短期內速戰速決式建設」，平壤萬壽台地區可入住2700戶的公寓，僅用1年時間，便於2012年6月順利竣工。隨後，金正恩在2013年6月下指令，要求擁有12個坡道的馬息嶺滑雪場，在年底無竣工開業。（國際中心╱綜合外電報導）
