車撞爆駕駛亡 引擎飛砸前車

〔自由時報記者吳為恭／彰化報導〕飛彈空襲？一輛轎車昨行經省道台76線東西向快速道路彰化縣員林段時，猛烈衝撞林厝交流道的槽化島後爆炸、燃燒，引擎竟脫離車身，飛行50公尺，以相當於三公噸的撞擊力，砸中另一輛廂型車，廂型車駕駛命大逃過一劫，但轎車駕駛不幸燒死車內。

廂型車駕駛驚魂未定地說，當時正下交流道，突然後方傳來「砰」的巨響，以為被追撞，沒想到竟是被天外飛來的引擎砸中，幸好人身平安。

廂型車駕駛逃死劫

國立彰化女中物理老師陳烱勳分析，假設引擎重量100公斤，它高速飛向50公尺外的物體時，所產生的力量是「質量乘以加速度」，假設飛行時間0.1秒，飛行速度是時速110公里，則撞擊力約3萬牛頓，換算後約達3千公斤。
