呂秀蓮退選 顧立雄：非出自私心

不滿初選制度，前副總統呂秀蓮退出民進黨台北市長黨內初選，律師顧立雄表示尊重，他認為呂秀蓮的出發點是從黨的主體性來思考，不是出於私心，論點將責任政治和政黨政治的觀念發揮得淋漓盡致。

顧立雄直言，有些現實上的考量，包括如何回應基層支持者對綠營分裂的焦慮、作為在野第一大黨回應政治責任承擔的需要，必須如此，無非希望最後出線的是民進黨籍的人士，顧立雄也強調，他與呂秀蓮的看法一致。

至於呂秀蓮是否可能再出來參選，造成威脅，顧立雄認為除非最後由非民進黨人士出現，但他相信自己能順利勝出，因此這類問題不會存在。
