贓車拒檢狂飆衝撞警車　警尾隨逮人

桃園縣警局保安大隊警員，今天凌晨在中壢地區巡邏時，接獲有1輛失竊小貨車正往中壢方向行駛，立即前往攔截圍捕，在平鎮市金陵路上發現失竊車輛，警車立即尾隨示意攔檢，不料小貨車不但不停車還加速逃逸，警方立即鳴笛追捕。

小貨車沿途狂飆不斷蛇行，急速轉彎，更在狹窄道路上刻意阻擋警車超前，警車緊跟在後尾隨3、4公里。小貨車行經一處十字路口時，駕駛疑似慌張失控撞上車輛，但仍不願停下還衝撞警車，車上2名男子趁隙逃逸，警方立即下車逮捕40歲徐姓男子，另1人摸黑開溜。

徐嫌向警方供稱，小貨車是左姓男子偷竊，車輛也是左男駕駛，不知要開往何處。警方認為徐男避重就輕，訊後將他依竊盜、毀損、妨害公務等罪嫌送辦。（石明啟／桃園報導）
