焦點股～DRAM股大漲　華亞科量能居冠

華亞科（3474）受惠市場傳出南韓同業的設備出狀況，刺激DRAM報價昨天大漲7%，周四應聲漲停板後，今天持續攻高，早盤最高攀升逾2%至27元，創下2個月以來新高價，成交量超過6萬張，高居集中市場量能第1位。

市場研究機構TrendForce認為，隨著供貨量持續放大，今年國內各家DRAM廠將維持穩定獲利，其中仍以華亞科的獲利能力最佳。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
