蔡正元疑違反選罷法　陳威仁：交檢察官認定

內政部長陳威仁上午到立院備詢，媒體詢問國民黨立委蔡正元退選改籲支持其他候選人是否違反《選罷法》，陳回答：「個案要交由檢察官事實認定。」

蔡正元昨臨時退選遭對手立委丁守中質疑違反《選罷法》，對此，陳威仁則說，政治人物在競選期間行賄使他人或自己不選，《選罷法》裡確實有刑事責任問題，但個案問題須由檢察官來事實認定。（郭建伸／台北報導）
