烏國危機達協議 歐巴馬盯俄

（法新社華盛頓17日電） 美國總統歐巴馬今天表示，四方會談就緩和烏克蘭緊張情勢達成協議，帶來了「一絲希望」，但他不確定俄羅斯是否會履行承諾。

美國、俄羅斯、烏克蘭與歐洲聯盟在日內瓦舉行的四方會顯然獲得突破，但歐巴馬反應審慎，表示如果數日內未見明確進展，他將與歐洲領袖協議，對俄國採取進一步制裁。

歐巴馬在白宮告訴記者：「我不認為我們在這個時候能對任何事有把握。我想外交努力是有可能也有希望減輕緊張情勢」
