李朝卿涉貪A救災錢　逼下屬扛被錄音

南投縣長李朝卿涉嫌利用經辦縣府120餘件工程機會，向包商收取回扣，共收受賄款逾3千萬，甚至連攸關人命的道路風災搶修工程也A，遭南投地檢署依貪瀆罪嫌起訴。南投地方法院昨開庭審理此案，工務前處長黃榮德的妻子以證人的身分表示，事件爆發後縣府人員曾要求黃榮德一肩扛下，她錄下所有過程，願意交給法官。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，縣長室人員曾約黃妻到縣長室見面，要求黃榮德扛下貪汙案，黃妻當場拒絕，已交給檢調錄音內容。黃妻並透露，前年11月老公被押後，曾有人送錢到家表示「關心」，也被她拒絕。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
