控夫偷情拍錯人　女醫求償百萬敗訴

高雄一名王姓女醫，疑心在新北市某醫院擔任副院長的陳姓丈夫，跟同醫院的曾姓女醫生偷情，找了徵信社跟監跟拍，更告進新北地院，要求陳男、曾女賠償1百萬元。
 
但法官發現，照片中跟陳男吃飯、同搭一車的女子並非曾女，而陳男與異性吃飯、同車，也未超過一般社交活動的界線，判王女敗訴；全案尚可上訴。（孫友廉／新北報導）
