俄烏情勢緩解　美股早盤漲聲響起

克里米亞情況緩解，投資人開始將焦點放在今將召開的FOMC（聯邦公開市場委員會）會議，希望能從中取得Fed利率決策相關資訊，美股早盤3大指數連續2日上漲，道瓊工業指數攀升0.33%、S&P 500指數上漲0.35%，而納斯達克綜合指數則上漲0.43%。
 
美國商務部公布2月新屋開工較前月略減0.2%，不如預期的月增3.4%，顯示美國房市復甦動能仍有疑慮，2月營造許可受天氣好轉影響月增7.7%，優於預期的月增1.6%，而2月CPI（消費者物價指數）年增1.1%，略遜於預期的年增1.2%，顯示美國仍有通縮疑慮。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
