由炎亞綸（阿布）、李毓芬主演的偶像劇《愛上兩個我》，兩人首度合作，李毓芬說：「我壓力蠻大的，尤其是劇本的東西，所以靠吃東西來紓壓，結果都胖到臉與腿。」她笑著說：「亞綸的臉很小，跟他站在一起，我的臉就顯得比較圓，但我又愛吃，所以把他餵胖可能比較快。」目前63公斤、意志堅定的炎亞綸則推薦她吃水煮蛋及蔬菜便當，李毓芬開玩笑說：「那我可能會更憂鬱。」

李毓芬坦言近來壓力大，幾乎不忌口，連炸類也照吃不誤，結果都胖到臉和腿。前天拍一場要壓在炎亞綸身上的戲，她更坦言自己不僅不敢呼吸，也不太敢放全力，就怕太重壓垮炎亞綸。

李毓芬接替Dream Girls搭檔郭雪芙演出偶像劇爭議多，「布芙戀」粉絲一度揚言拒看，她對此沒放在心上，專心投入演出；反倒是炎亞綸認為李毓芬、郭雪芙個性差很大，李毓芬慢熱性格需要興奮劑，郭雪芙則是時常嗨過頭，要鎮定劑，兩位女神各有特色。
