來喔　月底來台南南區吃辦桌大餐

台南市南區公所今天召開記者會，宣告已延續三年辦桌的「鯤喜灣濱海辦桌風味餐」今年將在月底舉行，預計席開百桌，每桌定價3000元，將由總舖師以鮮蚵和時蔬作為料理食材，精心設計10道佳餚，包括鯤喜灣拼盤、蜜汁龍鱈魚和鮮蚵養生菇、櫻花蝦米糕、四寶豬肚湯等，重現當年濱海地區古早風味的辦桌大菜，即日起接受訂桌，有意民眾可洽南區區公所。
 
南區區長劉啟崇表示，單單每桌菜色成本就超過3000元，但為了推廣鯤鯓和喜樹及灣裡地區產業，「絕對不惜成本，讓參加民眾吃飽又吃巧」。（李恩慈／台南報導）
