三陽世代傳承 黃世惠交棒

三陽工業今天完成世代交替，董事長黃世惠宣布請辭董事長及董事職務，交棒給副董事長黃悠美，正式傳給第三代。

三陽旗下除「SYM」機車品牌外，汽車與韓國現代汽車集團合作，將現代汽車推向台灣前6大品牌行列，並成為家用汽車品牌的代名詞，汽車銷售成績每年以約15%的複合成本成長。

三陽表示，黃世惠目前以三陽工業法人董事盛茂投資董事代表人身份，被選任三陽董事長，在黃世惠請辭董事代表及董事長職務後，目前暫由副董事長黃悠美代理董事長職務，近日將召開董事會推選董事長。
