對監視器比「V」　2萬元飛了

新北市土城區李、顧兩戶人家分住同巷兩側一樓，是斜對門鄰居，2011年因為養狗糾紛互告妨害名譽等官司，但都不起訴。後來李男在門口裝監視器，顧男認為監視器拍到他家院子，侵犯隱私，再度提告向李男求償6萬元。
 
新北地院去年認定李男侵權，判須賠償顧男2萬元，李男不服提上訴，高院認為李家監視器主要拍攝自家庭院，雖然也會拍到顧家庭院，但並非刻意拍攝顧家，而且監視器曾拍到顧男跑到李家門前，刻意用右手手指比出「V」勝利手勢，實在看不出顧家人因為監視器而感到恐懼不安，今逆轉改判李男勝訴免賠定讞。(丁牧群／台北報導)
