多囊卵巢患者右眼盲了

彰化縣30歲張姓婦女最近3個月月事不來，以為懷孕，到婦產科求診，醫師看診時發現她的右眼略小、左眼正常，而且想睜開右眼卻睜不太開，醫師問原故，張姓婦女答稱4年前右眼視力越來越糊模，好像在水裡看東西，最近幾近失明。醫師檢查她的脖子又做陰道超音波，確診罹患多囊卵巢症候群。

博元婦產科醫師蔡鋒博今天表示，張姓婦女有糖尿病家族史，因未正常服藥控制，導致右眼視力受損，又因青春期過後多囊卵巢症候群發作，發生胰島素阻抗，視網膜病變加遽。

張姓婦女經轉介到彰化基督教醫院治療糖尿病，又到婦產科醫治多囊卵巢症候群，希望早日懷孕。
