中年媽寶掐母討錢 警也挨揍

土城區35歲張姓男子由母親打零工養大，受寵愛卻不願工作，日前掐住母親脖子要錢，還痛罵：「妳是我媽耶！居然叫警察抓我！」新北地檢署將他收押，依傷害尊親屬等罪起訴。

檢察官開庭時，張婦聲淚俱下，感嘆兒子不知感恩，但也求情說「能不能不要關兒子」，希望找個機構好好教育，讓兒子不要覺得什麼都是應該的。

檢方調查，張男受寵驕橫，常向母親伸手要錢，去年2月，姊姊看不慣，出言教訓，張拿起刀子要脅閉嘴，姊姊嚇得搬走。

張婦今年1月間下班後幫兒子買香菸，結果一回家就聽到兒子大呼小叫要錢，氣得走進房間，卻被兒子跟進房裡掐住脖子，她驚恐喝斥後逃出家門報警。

兩名員警隨後到張宅調查，張男情緒失控大吼痛罵，還以拳頭狂毆母親，連警察也挨揍；檢察官認為張毫無悔意，依強制、傷害直系血親尊親屬與妨害公務罪起訴。
