醋夫逼小王切結賠300萬　判免付

高雄蔡姓男子懷疑任職警官的妻子陳女與同事池男有染，深夜電召池男與雙方親友到住處拉下鐵門談判，池男僅承認與陳女「有KISS」否認通姦，並當場簽切結書承諾賠償蔡男300萬元。事後池男反悔不付挨告，一審判池男需依約付錢，但高雄高分院審理認為池男是遭脅迫簽下切結書，且已發函對方撤銷，當初給付300萬元的切結即已失效，改判免付。仍可上訴。
 
蔡男提告指出，2012年9月間與陳女、池男在住處商談時，家族親友多人在場，陳女與池男均坦承曾在汽車旅館與車上發生不當關係，池男為求他原諒並避免任職單位知道他妨害他人家庭的行為，當場簽切結書同意賠償300萬元，應依約給付。
 
池男則辯稱，當天是陳女在電話中稱被蔡男毆打，拜託他過去調解，他基於同事情誼才前往，不料到場卻被誣指破壞家庭還逼簽切結書，當時因蔡男情緒失控，將鐵門拉下上鎖，且當場甩陳女耳光，不停恫嚇「不是妳死，就是他亡」，他心生畏懼才簽名，事後已委任律師發函蔡男主張撤銷。（王吟芳／高雄報導）
