我也看不太懂你的意思,
你是說新社區新主委未經全體住戶同意，擅自下令拆掉安全防盜門栓，破壞門禁，將來發生大樓火災時，該主委因先見之明,挽救社區多條人命,對於惡意指責他短見的居民不計前嫌,以德報怨時,是否該付責任?亦或可以提告?
你確定這麼好的主委要告他嗎？告他守法守紀？
