李姓男子的友人因案入獄，李男垂涎友人妻姿色，竟持鐮刀闖入住處，以膠帶封口欲性侵。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，檢警調查，李男得知友人入獄後，垂涎友人妻姿色，去年1月持鐮刀闖入該女家，恫嚇「如果敢動就殺了妳！ 」並以膠帶封住被害人嘴巴，強行脫去衣服，撫摸被害人胸部及下體。被害人死命反抗，李男轉而逼迫口交，被害人藉故拖延，李男竟當面手淫洩慾，法官依妨害性自主罪重判李男8年徒刑。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
