【動新聞】單車低頭族　月底開罰

【李姿慧、洪敏隆、林志青╱台北報導】最快本月底，騎自行車時滑手機、講電話、未禮讓行人，甚至酒駕，都會吃上三百元到六百元罰單。配合立法院修法，交通部近日正式預告修正《違反道路交通管理事件統一裁罰基準及處理細則》，除增列多款單車族處罰標準，也明訂汽機車駕駛任意逼車可罰六千到兩萬四千元。警方將配合加強取締。
 
立院上會期通過《道路交通管理處罰條例》修正案，新增汽機車駕駛逼車、單車族滑手機等多項處罰規定，交通部配合母法修正，上周四預告修正《違反道路交通管理事件統一裁罰基準及處理細則》草案，增列三種汽機車駕駛人及五種單車族違規行為處罰標準。最快本月底前上路。
