王郁琦：在中國閉門會議提「馬總統」

民進黨立委李俊俋今質詢時質疑，陸委會主委王郁琦訪問中國前，傳出中國要求他「三不講」，包括不講中華民國、不談政治議題、不提人權、民主、法治和總統。不過王答詢時透露，他訪問中國第一天的閉門工作會議中就提到「馬總統」。

行政院長江宜樺也強調，沒有「三不講」這回事，且「我們統統都講了」。但李俊俋並不滿，認為王郁琦並沒有在公開正式場合講，且即使在中山陵提到中華民國，中國媒體1個字也沒報導。 李俊俋還質疑，連戰會晤習近平，若是私人會晤，為何提及兩岸人道探視議題？

王郁琦說，因為連戰出發前，連的幕僚曾和他聯絡，因此他希望連能提及此議題。李俊俋質疑，陸委會主委請民間人士和對岸討論人道探視議題，已違反《兩岸關係條例》。但江宜樺認為這並未違法。（黃揚明╱台北報導）
