海協會長抵台　500警圓山飯店維安

大陸海協會會長陳德銘等一行人，今天中午搭機抵台，簽署兩岸氣象合作以及地震監測協議，地點選在圓山飯店。警方一早就在飯店周圍加強巡邏，防止意外發生。

對於進出飯店車輛，警方及飯店人員，在車道處仔細詢問及核對民眾身分，深怕有抗議民眾混進飯店內抗議。而這次兩岸兩會會談台灣、大陸、港澳等外國媒體約400多人採訪，大規模陣仗讓警方不敢懈怠。為預防民眾抗議發生衝突，警方派遣500名員警進行維持秩序和周邊交通安全。（黃彥傑／台北報導）
