標題[閒聊] 臺灣要找到良心企業很難?

小時候 看到家人平日加班、假日加班都有合乎勞基法加班法 讓我誤以為臺灣大部分公司上班都有加班費 沒想到去了三間公司 每個都不可能 **第一家** 下班最少要演戲 1h 不可能有加班費，連補休也不能報 每季都有季獎金，但也沒多少 **第二家** 下班一樣要演戲給老闆看 1h 不可能有加班費 1h也不可能給你報補休 有獎金 但是看看就好 **目前第三家** 下班不用演戲 真的有事還是要加班 但老闆不愛看戲 也愛回家陪家人 他沒事時間到就下班了 缺點就是有時假日要上班 不過可以報補休 公司賠錢中 沒季獎金這種東西 身旁朋友也幾乎都是這類情況 有的面試說可以報加班費啊 進去之後你敢報試試看 沒關係啊 而且大公司很多也都玩這招 敢報加班費試試看啊...唉 要找到一家照著勞基法走的公司 真的 好難 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.55.174 ※ 編輯: Rics 來自: 61.231.55.174 (02/28 09:18)
