水利署第四河川局發包大村鄉石笱排水改善工程，居民認為其中村上橋與二巷橋橋面設計高於兩側路面約２公尺，嚴重影響雙方通行，也擔心過路安全，要求變更設計。

但今與四河局官員召開協調會，但雙方無共識，居民砲轟「莊孝維」，會後表示不同意復工。四河局表示是為防洪設計考量，還要與居民加強協調。（詹智淵／彰化報導）
