張德正五度羈押庭 不發一語

衝撞總統府的張德正今晚六點半在台北地方法院出席第五次羈押庭，不發一語。張德正律師曾威凱說，張應該受到正當法律程序的保障，接受司法審判。曾威凱質疑，法院執意做出違法、違憲的裁定，等於是衝撞台灣的法治，「是不是在總統府前犯罪，都要羈押？」但曾威凱也強調，「張德正所做的行為是錯的，這點全台灣社會都不會否認。」
