各位溫拿，我有參加這次中鋁面試，但看到國考版有人提到面試時被問到『 為何想進薪資低的中鋁?』就心生疑惑，因為觀念裡中鋁算是中鋼集團獲利 不錯的公司，雖然這前陣子擴廠，但好像開始投產了，想要問 1.中鋁近幾年的年終、分紅 2.研發類的職缺有無分紅(應力成形工程師，看起來像是研發單位，聽說生產單位才有分 紅) 3.應力成形工程師的工作內容和加班情形 4.若拿以上和中龍比較 哪一個較好呢 我是很懇請認真的詢問，請不要暗黑啦，萬分感謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.205.118
