錢不能亂撿　港男遭判刑5個月

香港去年聖誕夜當天發生運鈔車掉落大筆現金事件，當時一名男子撿走逾16萬港幣，今天遭判入獄5個月。

香港《蘋果日報》報導，43歲的被告呂聯勇去年搭乘計程車經過掉鈔地點，下車撿了16萬1500港幣（約65.7萬元台幣）後離去。期間雖警方數度呼籲撿錢民眾還錢，他仍未主動繳回，警方循線將其逮捕。

承辦法官表示，由於涉及金額龐大，必須向大眾傳遞正確訊息，以入獄9個月為量刑起點，男子落網後認罪減刑3個月，另再酌情減1個月，最後判被告囚禁5個月。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
