我發現很多人在網路上比價後,再去實體看一看實品, 然後就回家訂網路. 因為網路沒有店租、倉儲、人員講解, 所以成本一定比較低. 所以最近很多實體也轉型為網路, 例如燦坤、愛買、...

因為資訊實在太透明了, 在比價興盛下, 每個店家都只能賺到"合理"利潤, 利潤如果只有合理, 房租再漲高就吃不消了~ 同時員工的薪水也無法很高, 個人收入不高下, 很難買高房價的房子
