法院裁准羈押　葉玫震驚、難接受

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中地院晚間10點30分裁准羈押逃亡女軍官葉玫，以葉玫涉犯《陸海空軍刑法》第39條「違背職役職責罪」罪嫌重大，且有逃亡之事實，裁准羈押，律師轉述葉玫的反應：「很震驚、難以接受。」
 
律師表示，葉玫認為她已經回國接受審判，就不會再逃了，無法接受法院不相信她，非常震驚法官的決定。律師則表示非常遺憾，己經很努力了，法官還是不相信，葉玫也要律師轉達母親，好好保重。葉玫的母親等候女兒一整天，對於裁押結果，她表示：「我就是想來帶女兒回家的，很失望。」據了解， 偵訊期間市調處人員還幫她買台灣道地的陽春麵與珍珠奶茶，讓她一解思鄉。
