打房成功　新加坡12月房屋銷售大減8成

【陳冠穎／綜合外電報導】新加坡市區重建局（URA）公布去年12月房屋銷售較1年前的1410戶大減82%至259戶，顯示政府採取的加稅、提高頭期款等打房措施獲得顯著成效，2013全年房屋銷售也大減33%至15301戶。
 
房地產顧問公司戴德梁行（DTZ）新加坡研究主管Lay Keng Lee表示，尚未看到政府撤回打房措施，今年的房屋銷售量可能還會下滑至1.2萬至1.5萬之間。
