墨媒爆料：美國政府與墨國毒梟有合作關係

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】墨西哥的主要媒體《環球報》（El Universal）爆料，美國政府在2000到2012年之間，曾與墨國惡名昭彰的販毒集團「錫那羅亞」（Sinaloa）有合作關係，美方甚至提供毒梟資金與武器，以交換重要的情報。
 
《環球報》最新公佈的文件顯示，美國緝毒局（DEA）探員和芝加哥地區法院司法部官員均以書面聲明表明，該探員與錫那羅亞販毒集團的高級成員秘密會面超過50次，而沒有通知墨西哥當局。
 
美方除提供資助與武裝，還承諾不干涉其走私行為和幫助減少該集團成員在美國遭受的指控。美方人員跟販毒集團會面，還建立了線人網路，根據各自提供情報的不同，給予他們撤銷在美國的訴訟等好處。目前墨國對此報導一片嘩然，美國緝毒局則不予置評。
