統一獅墾丁春訓第三天，維持晨起運動作息，15日早上的自行車體驗，高建三用行動證明自己可以超越年齡障礙。
   
早晨統一獅晨騎自行車，分成年輕組和年長組，分別從統一墾丁渡假村騎至砂島單程體驗，其中高建三自告奮勇加入年輕組，並展現活力完成來回全程，展現毅力和精神，用行動去證明，其實能力不會因為年紀而影響，只看自己願不願意去嘗試。

高建三表示：「這次自行車晨騎運動，沿途中有上坡，也有下坡，就像季賽要高低潮，但只要相信自己，努力去做，在球場上，決勝的是成績，不是年齡，秉持學習的心，積極的態度，才能讓爭取屬於自己的機會。」
