翡翠大師控前妻侵占　民事糾紛不起訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】自稱「翡翠大師」的48歲胡姓男子，與任職珠寶公司董事長的劉姓前妻鬧翻，胡男指控劉女拒交出他放在一間翡翠文化博物館中的翡翠精品，共約80件、價值上百億元，涉嫌侵占。台北地檢署指雙方財產歸屬爭議，屬民事糾紛範疇，且雙方仍在打剩餘財產分配官司，今將劉女不起訴。

胡男自稱設計作品《百年好合》、《一露甘甜》獲北京故宮永久典藏，還被故宮前院長秦孝儀譽為「飄逸奇絕」。但檢方查出，胡男根本不會雕刻，這些作品都委託由南部或中國大陸的老師傅製作，每件花費數10萬元到數百萬元不等價格，再由他販賣，根本不是他親手製作。
