疑包庇色情　高市警員1交保1聲押

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄地檢署偵辦官警疑集體收賄包庇色情弊案，今天發動第2波搜索。檢方訊後將十全派出所所長陳世元30萬元交保，凱旋派出所警員周建中則被認定有相當事證收賄，又在第一波搜索後與陳世元密切通聯串證，因此向法院聲請羈押。

檢警接獲線報，指色情業者李嘉昇按月對長明派出所警員黃智勇及曾任高市府警察局秘書室股長的黃欽信行賄或招待飲宴，再由2人洩漏臨檢情資。李男還向其他同行聲稱可幫忙買通警方，提早得知臨檢時間；或關說警員，拜託不查緝自己投資的色情護膚店。

去年跨年夜，檢方會同警政署政風室，派出60名警力大舉搜索，先在高雄市富民路逮捕正在收賄的黃智勇與業者李嘉昇，並查扣現金40餘萬元及上百瓶洋酒，黃欽信等3人被羈押。檢警今天再度展開行動，晚間聲押苓雅分局凱旋派出所警員周建中。
