草根調查：5成民眾贊成課重稅抑炒房

【劉嘉韻／台北報導】房價飆漲，草根影響力文教基金會今公布一項民調，5成民眾贊成以加重課稅方式抑制炒房現象，也有5成民眾贊成政府全面推動實價課稅，受訪民眾認為抑制房價最有效的政策依序為豪宅稅、實價課稅、實價登錄、奢侈稅、緊縮房貸、囤房。

草根文教基金會去年底針對1083位20歲以上民眾做問卷調查，以了解一般民眾對政府所推的囤房稅看法，今公布民調結果。該基金會建議，政府可就民意接受度高的稅制政策，予以積極研議全面推動豪宅實價課稅的可行做法，例如針對房屋售價1億元以上的豪宅，就交易所得予以實價課稅，以有效抑制炒房。
