判決搞烏龍　一夕竟變無罪

【王文傑╱花蓮報導】花蓮劉姓酒廠業者生產的「大頭目小米酒」商標遭人侵害，兩年前向智慧財產局保智大隊報案逮到兩名陳姓業者違法使用商標，涉案業者去年遭檢方起訴，但上個月宣判，花蓮地方法院判決後的主文公告竟一變再變，不僅從有罪改成無罪，連無罪公告內還是有罪的論述。劉姓業者氣憤說：「真是扯爆了！這樣的司法還能信任嗎？」
