【鄭孟緹／台北報導】周湯豪今在博愛國小參加「樂動校園推動計畫2」，他平常和2個姪子相處，自認對小孩有一套，今化身大哥哥帶小朋友做伸展運動，帶頭跑操場，受到小學生熱烈歡迎。他目前忙於宣傳新劇《真愛配方》和錄新專輯，馬年新希望是希望馬上健康、馬上創收視佳績、馬上發片。
 
他媽媽比莉因罹患淋巴癌在家養病多年，周湯豪坦承照顧媽媽同時自己也陷入低潮，即使比莉病情好轉，他仍陷在憂鬱情緒裡，好一陣子悶悶不樂，後來靠運動才找到平衡點讓自己開心。
