班機取消不解釋　長榮被罵翻

【林海全╱台中報導】長榮航空BR815班機，預定今天上午10點25分從台中起飛，中午12點10分抵達澳門，但因班機機械故障，取消航班，機上131名旅客不滿航空公司的處理態度，在櫃檯前破口大罵，「這到底是什麼爛公司！」

旅客吳先生不滿的說，原本預定下午2點要到澳門開會，但班機故障，連會議都開不成，班機故障第一時間，都沒有主管出面解釋，「飛機維修是航空公司的責任，卻延誤到所有旅客的時間，處理應變能力有夠差，以後我們不會再搭這間航空公司了。」

立榮航空台中辦事處主任曾秀強表示，飛機在滑時故障燈亮起，飛機緊急回頭檢修，目前還不知哪裡故障，班機131名旅客，安排遊覽車送到桃園機場，改搭下午4點30分班機。
