薩爾瓦多前總統　否認私自挪用台灣3億捐款

【張渝萍／綜合外電報導】台灣邦交國薩爾瓦多共和國前總統佛洛瑞斯（Francisco Flores），昨對國會承認確實收到台灣1千萬美元（約3億台幣）捐款，但否認將款項挪做私用。
 
上月薩爾瓦多國現任總統佛納斯（Mauricio Funes）向媒體表示，2003、2004年來自台灣的三筆共約3億元台幣的支票，疑似轉入個人帳戶，因此成立專案調查委員會要求佛洛瑞斯需交代此筆捐款的流向。
 
佛洛瑞斯昨表示，他確實有收到這3筆捐款，但否認挪為私用，他表示：「在我任內（1999-2004年)，我已把這些支票交給國庫，用在適當用途。」他強調，絕未將任何來自台灣的支票存入私人帳戶。
