三大鮮乳廠抗罰敗訴　味全：尊重法院判決

【戴安瑋／台北報導】統一、味全、光泉等三大鮮乳廠，2011年遭公平會以聯合漲價為由重罰3000萬元，其中味全被罰1200萬元，統一遭罰1000萬元，光泉遭罰800萬元。三業者訴願失敗後，以行政訴訟抗罰，台北高等行政法院今判三業者敗訴。

公平會副主委孫立群說，該案獲行政院訴願會及高等行政法院的支持，對公平會而言是很大鼓舞。

統一表示，等收到判決書再研究。光泉也說，還沒看到判決書，不清楚敗訴原因與理由，無法回應。味全說，尊重法院判決，會等收到判決書後再決定如何處理。
