增募兵誘因　志願役天天可外宿

【王炯華／台北報導】為提振募兵成效，國防部次長徐衍璞下午表示，只要在沒有戰備任務及衛哨勤務的狀況下，志願役士官兵周一到周四在下班後回家「外宿」。

國防部軍事發言人羅紹和強調，志願役士官兵的「外宿」，是國防部必須考量官兵的權益，與國防戰力的維持，因此，志願役士官兵在不影響戰備任務的執行，及沒有衛哨勤務的狀況下，周一到周四可以在下班後「外宿」。

至於周五至周日部分，國防部官員表示，周六及周日本來就是一般的星期假日，本來就可以外宿。周五晚上則是假日的開始，所以沒有外宿與否的問題。
