黑衣人強佔社區管理中心　嗆聲：不搬就砸毀

【突發中心／基隆報導】黑衣人強佔社區！基隆市警方今天早上破獲黑道集團，由天道盟太陽會蘇姓前會長（52歲），去年5月間率領20多名黑衣人士，前往霸占七堵某社區管理中心，要求對方撤離遭拒，揚言說「不搬就砸毀社區，要住戶小心一點！」事後遭警方驅離。

警方調查，該集團去年8月間更進行暴力討債，在七堵、汐止一代持棍棒、刀械等凶器向被害人討錢，更砸毀對方美容院行徑囂張。警方成立專案小組，長期蒐證埋伏，今天早上7時許，將蘇姓主嫌等5人拘提到案，依組織犯罪防制條例、恐嚇、強制等罪移送法辦。
