標題[問題] 實體記憶體使用路過高

廠牌:lenovo x230 購入日期: 一個月前吧 距上次使用正常時間: 前幾天 OS版本: win7 平常作業內容: 上網 文書 寫程式 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): 問題內容: 最近我電腦開機後，實體記憶體經常使用率達到80%以上 我電腦共有8G RAM 而我開的網頁不過就 PCMAN:開一到兩個BBS 一到兩個網頁(臉書 露天) 另外開一個IE 都還沒拿來跑程式 記憶體使用率就經常卡在80%以上 甚至有到97% 瞬間會跑得很卡....
