酒後性侵辯「忘了」　1年後胡扯識破

【方翊倩／綜合報導】葉姓男子被控酒後性侵女主管，當時他向檢警供稱「腦袋一片空白，全忘了」，未料1年多後，竟鉅細靡遺地向法官描述細節。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，葉男一開始裝傻，強調喝太醉「腦袋一片空白」；檢方將他起訴，北院開庭時，他竟記起1年多前發生的事，鉅細靡遺地向法官描述，2人是如何熱吻，自然發生關係；台北地院認定葉男說謊，依妨害性自主罪判刑4年2月。
