聽過《KANO》嗎？　體育署長：照相機吧

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院教育委員會下午審查《運動彩券發行條例》修正草案，民進黨立委林佳龍質詢時詢問教育部次長陳德華、體育署署長何卓飛：「你知道什麼是嘉農嗎？《KANO》？」陳德華第一時間搖頭不知，何卓飛更脫口說出：「照相機吧！Canon。」後來林佳龍再提示一次「嘉農」，陳德華才說：「以前參加甲子園的！」何卓飛也才發出「喔」聲，恍然大悟原來「《KANO》」不是「Canon」。

民進黨立委何欣純隨後痛批，何卓飛竟把即將上映的國片《KANO》認為是照相機，讓她很意外，顯示教育部對體育根本外行、不專業。不過，林佳龍隨後也耍冷說，國片《KANO》如果全台暢銷，對他也有幫助，因為「我這個佳龍（與嘉農諧音）也會水漲船高。」
