（軍聞社記者劉德慶臺北六日電）國防部最新發行的「國防譯粹」月刊已出版，以「統合通資電」為專題，包括「美國太平洋陸軍與亞太再平衡」等14篇譯文，內容相當精闢深入，歡迎民眾至國軍歷史文物館索閱。

　現代戰爭型態已由傳統武力全面對抗，轉為遠距離精準打擊作戰模式，復以通資技術的高度發展，資電戰力更成為現代戰爭的決勝關鍵；另考量敵情威脅，建立資電防護能量，確保部隊通資電指管全般資源完整，並運用資電戰力，創造戰場有利態勢，以支援軍事作戰行動。

因此，本期專題即以「統合通資電」為主題，介紹歐美軍事期刊有關網際空間策略、戰場網格電算能力、網路連線、網路戰及空用電戰裝備等內容，有助於達成102年《國防報告書》所揭櫫「整合通資基礎建設、發揮國軍聯合電子戰力、強化國軍聯合作戰指管系統能力、提昇資訊確保能量、創新國軍資訊服務」的資電戰力目標。

　這一期出版的第41卷第1期「國防譯粹」月刊，已派送至國軍歷史文物館，有需求的民眾可於參觀時間，親自到國軍歷史文物館服務台索取。
