楊榮宗：洩密案8月31日已定調行政不法

台北地方法院今天下午開庭審理檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，傳喚特偵組代理發言人楊榮宗出庭作證。

楊榮宗指稱，特偵組去年8月31日晚上訊問高檢署檢察官林秀濤時，因查無對價關係或收受賄賂，就已確定是行政不法，且特偵組也沒有任何後續偵查作為，與黃世銘先前供述相符。
