商辦投資主力　壽險業被國內專業投資取代

【劉曉霞／台北報導】2013年商辦市場冷清清，商仲業者發現，壽險業將資金移往海外成熟市場，投資總金額較2012年大減410億元，業者發現，國內專業投資機構反而成為商用不動產投資主力。第一太平戴維斯統計，2013年全年度大型商用不動產、單筆成交金額3億元交易者累計達1066億元，成交總額僅較2012年1106億元減少3.6%。

第一太平戴維斯發現，國內專業投資機構成為2013年商用不動產投資主力，總投資額達244億元，較2012年大幅增加134億元，市佔3率約23%，略高於壽險業的229億元、21%，相較於2012年市場前10大交易案中，壽險業囊括8件，今年壽險業僅佔3件。
